用户同意支付与所选服务计划相关的费用。账单周期和付款方式详见我们的网站。选择订阅计划的用户，订阅将在到期前自动续费，除非在续费日前取消。未能及时付款可能导致服务暂停或终止。

For users who opt for a subscription plan, the subscription will auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date. Failure to make timely payments may result in service suspension or termination.

Once the service is successfully activated and delivered, the transaction is considered complete, and refund requests made after 3 days will not be accepted.
独立服务器退款政策 | Dedicated Servers Refund Policy
独立服务器不提供退款（除非产品明确标注支持试用）。服务一旦成功激活并交付，即视为交易完成。
Dedicated servers are non-refundable (unless explicitly marked as trial-supported).Once the service is successfully activated and delivered, the transaction is considered complete.
支付方式及退款 | Payment Methods and Refund Process
通过比特币（BTC）或泰达币（USDT）等加密货币支付的订单，退款将退回至原支付地址；如果您的加密账户使用临时地址，请联系加密货币服务商，后浪云无法更改退款地址。
Orders paid via Bitcoin (BTC) or Tether (USDT) must be refunded to the original payment address. If your crypto account uses a temporary address, please contact the crypto provider, as IDC cannot modify the refund address.如果用户在产品使用过程中提交PayPal或Stripe支付争议，后浪云保留单方面终止服务和账户的权利，同时不提供退款。
If users file a PayPal or Stripe payment dispute during the product usage period, IDC reserves the right to unilaterally terminate the service and user account, with no refund provided.
